Limited Warranty

We ship by economy air parcel FREE. The ETA is 2-3 weeks overseas and 1 week in Europe.
We are not responsible in this case for any delay of post offices, but we will make all necessary steps to trace the delivery and ultimately (After post office correspondence, sometimes 6 months later) will refund or replace the missing parcel.

The express mail service which cost a surcharge to buyer:
USD 8 for a small parcel (less then 2 kg)
USD 30 for a backgammon set.
With an EMS we guarantee 5 days delivery to Europe and 7 working days delivery to the rest of the world.

Total warranty liability cannot exceed the net price (the price minus all shipping and packaging estimate (S&H) and a 15% restocking fee).
The S&H estimate for the purpose of this LIMITED WARRANTY shall be:
for backgammon dice cups USD 8 per pair
for JUMBO DICE CUPS - USD 8 per piece.
for Backgammon boards - USD 70 per piece
for a precision dice set - USD 8 per set
The restocking fee is calculated as a percentage of the gross price (the price on this site).
Only unused articles are eligible to a full refund. (100% minus 15% restocking fee minus S&H).
The refund for any used and/or damaged article is to be a lesser amount according to estimate.
Should a customer require a better insurance, we can have it for him at
- USD 1 for any pair of backgammon dice cups; - USD 1 for 1 piece of a JUMBO DICE CUP; - 5% of the Backgammon set price.

A resolved claim has a claim processing number (CPN).
The Claim Processing Number (CPN) is the name of a file containing your claim and the resolved procedure to clear it.

If a return is necessary, one needs to have a CPN before shipping back an article.
Please use the original packing to return.
Return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

In case of returned article, refund shall be effected after receipt of the returned article.
