Total warranty liability cannot exceed the net price (the price minus all shipping and packaging costs).
A resolved claim has a claim processing number (CPN).
The Claim Processing Number (CPN) is the name of a file containing your claim and the resolved procedure to clear it.

If a return is necessary, one needs to have a CPN before shipping back an article.
Return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

In case of returned article, refund shall be effected after receipt of the returned article.
